High Performance PP/PE Blend, Large Denier, Macro-NET

DESCRIPTION
NYCON-XL-PLUS fiber products are large denier, high-performance, PP/PE blend macro fibers for use in fiber reinforced concrete and shotcrete. NYCON-XL-PLUS is specifically designed for use in concrete products for the purpose of controlling post crack issues.

NYCON-XL meets the requirements of ASTM C-1116, Section 4.1.3 and ASTM C-1399.

APPLICATIONS
NYCON-XL-PLUS utilizes the mixing activity to disperse the fibers into the mix. NYCON-XL-PLUS acts with an enhanced mechanical bond in the concrete with a multi-dimensional, fibrillated fiber network. NYCON-XL-PLUS does not affect curing process chemically.

NYCON-XL-PLUS can be used in all types of concrete.

NYCON-XL-PLUS used in shotcrete applications will increase the compaction and density of shotcrete, reducing rebound and permitting thicker layers per pass.
