DESCRIPTION
Nycon-XL-100 monofilament macro fibers are a high-dose fiber for post-crack strength

NYCON-XL-100 fiber products are monofilament, high-performance macro fibers for use in fiber reinforced concrete and shotcrete. NYCON-XL-100 is specifically designed for use in concrete products for the purpose of controlling post crack issues.

NYCON-XL-100 meets the requirements of ASTM C-1116, Section 4.1.3 and ASTM C-1399.

APPLICATIONS
NYCON-XL-100 utilizes the mixing activity to disperse the fibers into the mix. NYCON-XL-100 acts with surface bond in the concrete with a multi-dimensional, fiber network. NYCON-XL-100 does not affect curing process chemically.

NYCON-XL-100 can be used in all types of concrete.

NYCON-XL-100 used in shotcrete applications will increase the compaction and density of shotcrete, reducing rebound and permitting thicker layers per pass.
