Independent Manufacturer Representative

Control your own territory and destiny in partnership with Nycon marketing the industry’s most effective fibers for reinforcing concrete. Build lasting relationships with construction specifiers (architects and engineers) and concrete producers. We offer an attractive compensation plan, competitive commission structure, and excellent headquarters-to-field support.

Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and/or cement industry.
Construction-related sales experience, preferably in concrete or admixture production or products.
Ability to interact effectively with architects and engineers.
Familiarity with generating product specifications.
Willingness to stay ahead of the industry change-curve in fiber products and technology.
Member of or affiliation with CSI, ACI, or other industry organizations.

Regional Sales Manager

Oversee activities of regional sales reps and identify new marketing opportunities for customer relationships. We offer comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, vacation plans) and competitive salaries, commissions, and incentives.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in ready-mix concrete, cement, or admixture sales.
Established, proven sales record with a focus on relationship-marketing.

Member of or affiliation with CSI, ACI, or other industry organizations.

Inside Sales/Customer Support Administrators
