Nycon, Inc. announced that it has been acquired and officially changed its name to New Nycon, Inc. and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Pure Earth, Inc. (PREA).
The name-change and acquisition announcement coincides with New Nycon's license and introduction of NyconG, a groundbreaking, new line of eco-friendly concrete reinforcing fibers. Available in both nylon and polypropylene blends, NyconG fibers represent a break-through in green building technology. They are the only fibers on the market today that have no net negative impact on the environment.
