    Are glass fibers a proven reinforcement in concrete?
    There is extensive testing ongoing with both HD and HP fibers. Currently available are test data from Twin Cities Testing Laboratories (TCTL) and an Arizona State University research report.

    The test data show that:
    • HD and HP fibers in 1/2" and 3/4" lengths at a dosage level of 1 pound per cubic yard meet the requirements of ICC ES AC32 for both plastic shrinkage and secondary reinforcement.
